Photoshoot Checklist & FAQ's

Due to time constraints and liability issues, there is only so much moving and/or cleaning we can do to set up a shot. In order to tell the most effective story of the home, please try to take care of anything listed here that may apply.

Shooting
You the realtor or someone to represent you will be present to discuss aspects of the listing that you might or might not want photographed. The property should be ready to photograph. If not it will be photographed as is. If there is a problem and it cannot be photographed there could be an additional fee.

Your input is important when it comes to making decisions on how to photograph important features of the property. We will also use our expertise in photographing the property to make it look its best.

During the photoshoot, depending the size of the property, many pictures may be taken by the photographer. Unless specific shots were discussed and agreed upon, we will use our best judgement and experience in deciding the shots which are edited and delivered to you.
